| 摘 要： | 为应对由美国次贷危机引发的全球经济危机,我国政府及时出台了4万亿元的扩大内需政策,使政府本来在未来中长期要逐步实现的相关规划在短时期内提前得到落实.城市规划应充分认识这一扩大内需政策对区域与城市空间结构造成的深远影响,充分了解政府参与建设的政策施行路径,以有效性管理避免"政府失效",规范化引导市场行为,从而保证市场体制下城市的持续发展.

| Abstract: | In reaction to the global economic crisis, incited by the American credit crisis, the Chinese govern-ment has announced a 4 trillion RMB economic stimulus package.Urban planners need to understand how this package will impact city and regional spatial structure.Planners should adopt a public policy role in expanding domestic demand, avoiding policy inefficiencies, regulating market behavior, and promoting urban develop-ment in a market economy. |
