西门子PLC在混合炉温度控制系统中应用

摘    要:为了高效可靠地控制混合炉加热的温度;采用成熟的PLC控制技术和电力拖动自动控制技术,运用PLC模块化编程、D/A转换、A/D转换、PID控制。获得了运用成熟的PLC和电力拖动自动控制的温度自动控制系统,实时有效的控制混合炉的温度。采用温度自动控制系统,可有效实现混合炉温度的控制。采用PLC和电力拖动自动控制的温度控制系统代替了传统的电气控制系统。系统具有经济高效、稳定、维护方便、降低电能损耗等优点。

Abstract:In order to the effective and reliable control mixed furnace heating temperature purpose; The mature PLC control technology and electric power drag automatic control technology, using PLC modular programming, D/A transformation, A/D conversion, PID control method; Won using mature PLC and electric power drag automatic control automatic temperature control system can real-time effective control of the results of the mixed furnace temperature ; Get a temperature automatic control system, which can effectively achieve mixed furnace temperature control conclusion. This paper the innovation points lies in adopting PLC and electric power drag automatic control of temperature control system instead of the traditional electric control system; Using this system has the economic efficiency, stable , easy maintenance , reduce the electric power,etc.
