基于PLC和触摸屏的焊接控制系统的设计

摘    要:设计了一套由PLC、伺服电机、伺服驱动器、变频器、触摸屏等组成的可调速和定位的焊接控制系统。通过伺服系统来完成电机的精确定位,焊枪高度通过升降机构进行调节,焊接的长度和速度可以通过触摸屏设定。实践表明,控制系统操作方便,焊接效率和质量较高,实现了焊接过程的自动化。

Abstract:Designed an adjustable speed and positioning welding control system by PLC, servo motor, servo drive, frequency converter and touch screen. Through the servo system to accomplish the precise positioning of the motor, the height of the welding torch is adjusted by the lifter, the length and speed of welding is set by the touch screen. Practice shows that the control system is easy to operate, the welding efficiency and quality is higher and realized the automation of welding process.
