摘    要:在110kV变电站蓄电池故障开路情况下,当10kV线路故障时因全站直流系统输出电压达不到继电保护及自动装置的最低动作电压要求而引起保护拒动,靠对侧220kV变电站110kV线路保护动作切除故障,最终导致110kV变电站全停。通过对这起事故的分析调查,指出变电站存在的隐患并提出相应的改进措施,具有一定的应用价值,能有效提高供电可靠性,避免类似事故的发生。

Abstract:In the case of batteries failures in 110 kV substation, when 10 kV line is at fault, output voltage of DC system cant reach minimum acting voltage value of relaying protection,. It causes protection not act so that only rely on 110 kV lines protection of the side 220 kV substation to cut off failures. It leads to the hole substation black out at last. With the analysis of this incident, points out the existent hidden danger and proposes the corresponding improvement measure. This paper has certain application values and can improve power supply reliability to avoid the similar incident.
