摘    要:文中提出了一种基于电气阻尼计算的STATCOM对次同步振荡的策略。首先推导了含STATCOM系统的简化电磁转矩和电气阻尼表达式,分析了STATCOM及其电压控制等对系统电气阻尼的影响。指出STATCOM的电压控制等可能会复杂化扭振频下的阻尼特性,给STATCOM的控制器设计带来困难。为此考虑各扭振频率的影响,以阻尼计算得到的补偿相位综合最优为目标,将控制器参数设计转化成一个优化问题并用遗传算法求解。最后用特征值计算和电磁暂态时域仿真验证了所设计控制器的有效性。

Abstract:In this paper,a control strategy of STATCOM sub-synchronous oscillation controller was proposed based on electrical damping calculation.Firstly,the simplified formula of electromagnetic torque and electrical damping used in power system including STATCOM was derived.And the effects of the voltage regulating function of STATCOM on sub-synchronous damping were analyzed.The damping near the resonant frequency could be complicated by the voltage regulation which would bring difficulties to the design of STATCOM controller.Therefore,the influence of the torsional frequencies was taken into account,and the comprehensive optimal phase compensation was used as the object based on the formula of electrical damping.Thus,the design of the controller parameters was transformed into an optimization problem,and genetic algorithm was used to solve it.Finally,the validity of the controller is proved by the eigen-value calculation and electromagnetic transient time domain simulations.
