摘    要:台区漏电保护断路器频繁跳闸是配网运维中的常见故障,实现状态实时监测及远程合闸是提高运维效率的可行思路。文章分析了用电信息采集系统集中器与单相表的工作原理以及典型漏电保护断路器的合闸方式,创建了一种"集中器-单相智能电表-漏电保护断路器"的组合运行方式。现网运行结果表明,该方案能实时监测漏电保护断路器状态变位,对非永久性故障实行远程合闸,具有简单易行、安全可靠的优点。

Abstract:Trips of earth leakage circuit breakers in transformer areas are common faults in the maintenance of distri-bution network, the realization of real-time monitoring and control for earth leakage circuit breakers is feasible ideas to improve the efficiency of operation and maintenance.This paper analyses the working principle of concentrators and single-phase intelligent electric meters in electric energy data acquisition system, and the closing mode of typical earth leakage circuit breaker, and then, introduces a combined operation mode of concentrators-single-phase intelligent e-lectric meters-earth leakage circuit breakers.The results of test in the real electric network show that the scheme can monitor the accurate status change of earth leakage circuit breakers, and do the remote reclosing of non-permanent failure in a higher success ratio.It has the advantages of easier implementation, more security and reliability.
