LR61集流体插入机的开发与设计

摘    要:针对LR61(9 V)电池集流体结构特点和插入工艺要求,对现有的设备进行分析,设计一台自动化程度高、性能好的集流体插入机,用来配套120只/min LR61电池生产线设备。该插入机单机生产速度可达130只/min以上,与生产线配套使用,产品质量稳定,设备生产效率达96%以上,产品合格率可达99.9%以上。

Abstract:According to the structure characteristics of LR61 (9 V) battery current collector and insertion process requirements,and analysis of existing equipment,a high degree of automation,fine performance of current collector was designed,which was used to match the production line equipment for producing 120 pcs/min LR61 battery.The inserting machine was speeded up to 130 pcs/min or more,the stable product quality of the production line could be watched.The efficiency of the equipment production was more than 96%,the pass rate was over 99.9%.
