摘    要:电力公司的重要任务是实现它的经济目标和社会责任。作为实现这些目标的最有前途的方法之一,资产管理受到了越来越多的重视。全寿命周期成本管理(LCCM)是资产评估中的一个非常有效的工具。为了使电力设备全寿命周期成本最优,针对目前关于设备检修策略的研究中存在着诸如忽略了设备检修对于设备故障率的影响以及设备在全寿命周期中可靠性在不断劣化的趋势等这类问题,本文将机械工程领域的设备等劣化理论引入到电力设备运行分析中,在此基础上,推导出了各检修周期内设备可靠度之间的关系,结合设备的风险定义以及役龄回退因子,建立了设备基于风险的检修策略优化模型。这种方法实质上是为了在设备自身价值和设备给系统带来的经济效益之间,在LCCM和设备检修之间,以及在电力系统的技术与管理之间寻求平衡点。最后文中结合一个具体算例,求得了最优检修间隔,并与传统的定期检修进行了简要的对比分析。

Abstract:The task of electric power companies is to achieve their economic targets and social responsibilities.As one of the promising methods to make these targets come true,asset management is attracting more and more attention,and the life cycle cost managenent (LLCM) is an effective tool of asset evaluation.In order to optimize the electrical equipment life cycle,and aiming at some problems in the current equipment maintenance research,which includes ignoring the influence of maintenance on equipment failure rate,ignoring the trend of continued deterioration during the operation of equipment and so on,this paper introduces the deterioration theory in the field of mechanical engineering.This essence of this method can be regarded as searching the balance between the value of equipment themselves and the benefits brought by the power systems,between LCCM and equipment maintenance,and finally,between technologies and management of power system.Based on this method,this article deduces the relationship of the reliability of equipment in each maintenance circle,and constructs the maintenance strategy optimization model of equipment based on risk combined with the definition of risk and service age reduction factor.In the end,this paper employs the theory into a practical example and calculates the optimal maintenance interval,and finally compares it with traditional preventive maintenance.
