电能表自动检定流水线模糊故障诊断专家系统

摘    要:针对电能表自动检定流水线故障特点,构建了以模糊推理为基础的故障诊断专家系统。给出了专家系统的结构,设计了以模糊关系矩阵为核心的知识库,构造了符合实际的征兆隶属函数,选用加权平均模型进行模糊推理,设定两级阈值对推理结果进行综合评判。诊断实例结果与实际情况相符,验证了该专家系统的有效性。

Abstract:Aimed at the fault features of the auto-verification line for electric energy meters, this paper develops a fault diagnosis expert system based on fuzzy theory.The structure of the expert system is introduced, and a knowledge base is designed with the core of fuzzy relationship matrix.According to the working conditions, this paper designs a fuzzy membership function to describe the symptoms.Two level thresholds are used in fuzzy evaluation of the results produced by the weighted average model.A practical example shows an acceptable result which proves that this expert system is effective.
