新一代智能电能表的发展探讨

我国各个产业的不断进步导致社会对电能的需求量不断增加,智能电能表作为电能计量的重要设备之一,它的使用和发展对每一个人而言都有着非常重要的意义。本文首先对我国现行工业用电和居民用电的使用情况进行说明,然后以四川为例并结合四川特殊的地理环境,讨论四川省智能电能表的使用状况和故障原因。通过比较2009版和2013版智能电能表的优缺点,提出基于IR 46标准新型电能表的研发思路,给出了新一代双芯智能电能表的设计方案和结构框图,其中主要包括外观结构,内部功能划分以及数据传输等三大部分,最后将新一代双芯智能电能表与现有智能电能表进行比较,指出推广新一代智能表的可行性和必要性。

Study on the Development Discussion of New Generation Smart Meter

The growth and development of various modern industries lead to the increasing demand of electricity in our society.As one of the most important electricity metering equipments, smart meter is essential for everyone in the dai-ly life.This paper firstly introduces the status of current industrial electricity, and then, discusses the using condition and the failure reason of smart meter in Sichuan province due to its special geographical environment.By comparing the relative merits and defects of smart meter between 2009 edition and 2013 edition, the passage will show a new generation of smart meter based on IR 46 protocol.The design of new double-core smart meter is provided with its ex-terior structure, the internal functional division and the data transmission mode.Finally, this paper illustrates the ad-vantages of double-core smart meter to the old edition, which shows the feasibility and the necessity of new generation smart meter.
