摘    要:随着新能源大量接入电网,电能质量问题成为了供用电双方一直关注的重点问题,其中电力电子器件也受到了越来越广泛的重视。论文研究并设计了一种基于Labview与AVR32的NPC三电平逆变器功率器件结温采集系统,与一些传统方法相比,该系统有着更高的测量精度和更快的测量速度。首先,在分析NPC三电平逆变器工作状态的基础上,建立了变换器开关损耗计算模型。然后,设计了一种基于Labview与AVR32的逆变器中电力电子器件结温采集系统并进行试验,该系统的实验结果与传统的红外热成像仪相比较,证明了该系统的实时性与有效性。

Abstract:With the more and more new energy connected to the power grid, power quality problems have been focus by electricity setter and electricity parties, and the power electronics components also have been more and more widely regarded.A junction temperature acquisition system of the 3L-NPC inverter based on Labview and AVR32 has been researched and designed in this paper.Compared with some traditional methods, this system has a higher accuracy and faster measurement speed.Firstly, the switching losses calculation models of transformers are set up based on the analysis of working state of 3L-NPC inverter.And then, the junction temperature acquisition system of inverter power electronic components has been designed and tested.Compared with the infrared thermal imager, the results verify the validity and effectiveness of the system.
