一种基于数字图像处理的灼热丝火焰监测系统

摘    要:在灼热丝试验中,对火焰的实时准确监测是整个试验的关键。为了解决以往灼热丝火焰高度和火焰持续时间测量方法测量误差过大的问题,提出了一种基于多项数字图像处理技术的灼热丝火焰测量系统,并应用Matlab软件的仿真结果证明了此系统对于火焰高度测量具有高可靠性和准确度,且采用STM32F407型单片机上完成了测量系统实现。最后用一次实际灼热丝实验的火焰监测结果,验证了本设计系统的有效性和测量准确性。

Abstract:In the glow-wire test, the real-time and accurate monitoring of the flame is the key to the test.In order to reduce the measurement error of the height and duration of hot-glow in previous method, this paper presents a new hot-glow flame measurement system based on a number of digital image processing techniques, and combines with the system design principle, the Matlab simulation results show that this system has high reliability and accuracy, and implements the measurement system using the STM32F407 single-chip microcomputer.Finally, the effectiveness and accuracy of the proposed measurement system is verified through a practical monitoring results of flame burning experiments.
