关口电能表远程在线校验方法及其技术实现

提出一种关口电能表远程在线校验方法,其具体实现,是在电能计量关口处增设一套高精度电压、电流前置采集装置,以更准确获取该处的电压、电流、电能脉冲、现场温度及湿度等数据信息,并将这些数据信息压缩后,上传至装设在主站的关口电能表在线运维管理系统,由该系统根据选定的电能计量算法算出电能量值,并与被校关口电能表计量的电能量值进行比较,进而估算出被校电能表的相对误差;同时,根据事先建立的故障模型,评估被校关口电能表的健康度情况,对可能存在问题的被校关口电能表发出告警信息,以确定最佳检定时机,从而建立起一种"当检即检"的关口电能表远程在线校验运维管理机制。

Remote on-line calibration method and its technical realization for gateway electric energy meters

This paper proposed a remote on-line calibration method for gateway energy meters.The implementation is adding sets of high precision voltage and current pre-acquisition devices at the position of measurement points, so as to get more accurate voltage, current, electric energy pulses, field temperature and humidity information of the gateway measurement points.Then, the devices upload this data to the online maintenance management system of gateway me-ters after compression.The master station will work out their electric energy and compare with the value measured by the observed meters, as a result, the relative error of them is estimated.In addition, health assessments of the meters are given according to the preset electric energy meter fault models.Moreover, warning information of the gateway en-ergy meters that may have problems are prompted to determine the best timing to schedule verification.Thus, an oper-ation management mechanism that start check since error is found is established.
