铅酸电池内化成技术的进展

摘    要:介绍了阀控式铅酸(VRLA)电池内化成技术在电池化成过程中的应用情况。阐述了内化成技术中多阶段恒压限流充电、多阶段恒流充电和脉冲充电等技术的优势与不足。重点介绍了多阶段恒流化成技术在应用过程中面临的问题,以及脉冲技术在电池化成中的应用研究。提出了内化成技术的研究方向。

Abstract:The basic situation of the container formation technique used in valve-regulated lead acid (VRLA) battery was presented.The merits and limitations of characteristics of multi-stage potentiostatic with current limited charge,multi-stage galvanostatic charge and pulse charge technology were presented.The galvanostatic formation process and the problem exposed in its application,the application of pulse charge technology in VRLA battery formation were emphasized.The research direction of container formation technique was given.
