摘    要:电池组均衡技术是电池管理系统的核心技术之一。文章介绍了几种电池组均衡技术,对其优缺点进行了比较和分析,在此基础上提出了一种电池组主动双向均衡方案。该均衡系统由电池组、开关阵列、双向DC/DC变换器、数据采集单元和控制单元组成。给出了开关阵列和双向DC/DC变换器的电路拓扑结构,详细阐述了其工作原理和控制方法,介绍了主要电路参数的设计方法,并通过MATLAB/Simulink仿真实验进一步验证了该方案的可行性。

Abstract:The battery equalization technology is one of the core technologies of battery management system.Several equalization technologies are introduced, and its advantages and shortcomings are compared and analyzed in this paper.On this basis, an active bi-directional equalization solution of battery pack is put forward.This equalization system consists of battery pack, switch matrix, bi-directional DC/DC converter, data acquisition unit and control unit.The topologies of switch matrix and bi-directional DC/DC converter are given in this paper, and their working principle and control method are expounded in this paper in detail.In addition, this paper introduces the design method of main circuit parameters, and the feasibility of the proposed solution is verified by MATLAB simulation experiments.
