新型城镇化发展对电网公司运营的影响评价模型

新型城镇化的建设与电力行业的发展息息相关,研究新型城镇化发展对电网企业运营的影响十分重要。文中分析研究了城镇化发展对电网公司运营的影响评价模型,构建了一套新型城镇化发展对电网公司运营影响的评价指标体系,提出了一种基于层次分析法(AHP)-熵权法的主客观组合权重计算方法,建立了一种基于云模型的综合评价方法。以某省8个地市的实际数据为例,对本文提出的综合评价模型进行计算验证。算例结果表明,新型城镇化发展对电网公司运营影响的综合评价结果与城镇化率的发展趋势大体一致;同时也验证了文中提出的新型城镇化发展对电网公司运营的影响评价模型是可行的,有良好的实用价值。

The evaluation model of the impact of new urbanization development on the operation of grid corporation

The construction of new urbanization is closely related to the development of electric power industry.The research on the influence of new urbanization development to the operation of power grid enterprises is very important.The evaluation model of the impact of urbanization development on the operation of grid corporation is studied and analyzed in this paper.A new evaluation index system of the impact of new urbanization development on the operation of grid corporation is established,and the weight calculation method considering subjective and objective factors is proposed based on AHP-Entropy method.And a comprehensive evaluation method based on cloud model is established.Taking actual data of eight cities of the certain province as example,the proposed comprehensive assessment model is calculated and validated.The results show that the comprehensive evaluation of the impact of urbanization development on the operation of the power grid operation and the development trend of the urbanization rate is roughly consistent.At the same time,it also proves that the impact assessment model of the new urbanization development to power grid operation in this paper is feasible and has good practical value.
