摘    要:采用焊接热模拟技术模拟焊接热影响区经不同峰值温度热循环后对对应的组织,并通过铆相分析,断口分析和冲击韧度试验等方法研究了热循环峰值温度对低合金高强度钢焊接热影响区组织和性能的影响。采用透射电镜对熔合区组织的精细结构进行了分析,并与手工电弧焊熔合区组织进行了对比。

Abstract:Corresponding microstructure is simulated at different peak temperature by means of welding thermal simulated technics.Through analysis of metalloscope,fracture morphology and impact toughness test of the sample,the effect of thermal cycle peak temperature on heat affected zone microstructure and properties of low alloy high strength tensile steel is investigated.Meanwhile the inner fine structure in martensite and bainite is observed by TEM.The microstructure comparison between shielded metal arc welding fusion zone and simulated zone is carried out.
