摘    要:针对感应电机无速度传感器控制系统中的定子磁链观测,以一类带饱和反馈环节的积分器为研究对象,详细分析了其工作原理。通过严谨的数学推导,结合Saber软件中的仿真研究,总结了其优点和局限性。指出基于坐标变换的饱和反馈积分器作为一种结构简单,易于实现的定子磁链观测器,当其饱和阈值取值与参考磁链值相等时,能够在有效抑制输出的直流偏移时,完全补偿估算幅值和相位的偏差。将其应用于实际系统。取得了良好的观测结果。

Abstract:Aimed at stator flux observation in the induction motor speed sensorless control system, taken a kind of saturation feedback integrator as the investigation object, its operating principle has been analyzed in detail. Its merits and limitation has been summarized by rigorous mathematics derivation combined with the simulation research in Saber. It has been indicated that the saturation feedback integrator based on coordinate transformation is a simple structure and implementation ease stator flux observer. The amplitude and phase angle errors can be compensated completely and the DC drift in output signal can be restrained effectively simultaneity when saturation threshold value equal to the reference flux. The well-known observation result has been obtained applied the integrator to the physical system.
