| Abstract: | The mixed structure of steel frame and concrete core tube is widely used in China at present,weather confirms to Chinese conditions is discussed. This paper introduces the advantages and recent development of steel tube concrete structure,its application in high-rise buildings in China and USA. A proposal concerning steel structure of high-rise buildings in China is made. |
