摘    要:运用全波分析的时域有限差分法,分析了单个谐振器与外部电路发生耦合时外部电路的品质因数以及谐振器对级间耦合系数与电路结构参数的关系,并据此设计出了中心频率为902.5MHz的带通滤波器,在不进行优化的情况下,仿真得到的滤波器指标已十分接近设计值。

Abstract:A microstrip resonator is analyzed by finite-difference time-domain, method. Formulas of external circuit quality factors of the input and output resonators and coupling coefficients of intereoupled resonators against the physical dimensions were derived. With them, a four-pole microstrip band-pass filter centered at 902.5 MHz was designed. Even if it was not optimized, the Simulation result of frequency response accorded well with design requirment.
