摘    要:当气井产量低于井筒临界携液量时,井筒积液加剧致使气井逐渐停喷。针对此问题,以气举工艺技术为基础,充分利用海上平台生产条件,基于平台现有气举压缩机能力,通过计算确定最佳注气深度点、最佳孔径及注气量,借助钢丝作业对未下入气举工作筒的停产气井生产管柱进行油管打孔作业,实现了油套连通,建立了流通通道,进而实施气举诱喷排液,使得积液停喷井复活。该技术作业成本少,施工难度小,可快捷高效解决积液气井的停产诱喷问题。

Abstract:The gas well may quit flowing by liquid loading, which will happen when the gas production is below the critical liquid carry-on. According to the ability of the gas lift pump on the offshore platform, the gas injection depth, the gas injection rate and the optimal eyehole size are designed based on the gas lift technology. Tubing punching can be achieved by slickline operation in nonproductive gas wells without gas-lift mandrel. In this way, the tubing and the casing pipe are connected and gas lift can be operated. Consequently, the liquid loading shutdown wells can produce again. The tubing punching-gas lift technology can solve the liquid loading problem in gas wells easily and efficiently, with low operation cost.
