摘    要:提出一种基于载荷映射的注塑模具结构分析方法。通过模流分析获得塑料熔体对模具的作用力,再由载荷映射程序将此作为力边界条件施加在模具表面,进行模具受力、变形分析。算例表明通过载荷映射,可以更准确地对注塑模具结构进行强度和刚度校核。

Abstract:A method of injection mold structure analysis based on load mapping was proposed.The surface pressure of cavity was extracted from mold flow analysis through load mapping program,then it was applied to the mold cavity surface as boundary conditions and the mold forces and deformation were analyzed.The application of the proposed method to an injection part shows the strength and rigidity prediction are more accurate.
