摘    要:根据注塑件卷轮座的具体使用要求,利用Moldflow软件(MPI)计算机模拟分析,对卷轮座的浇口位置进行优化设计研究。通过将优化方案和初始设计方案进行比较,浇口位置的优化设计能够避免注塑件的翘曲缺陷产生,解决了卷轮座底座的平面度误差问题。在实际生产中,所采用的优化浇口方案的翘曲量满足零件的要求。研究结果表明:采用MPI优化设计能缩短模具试模时间,提高产品的质量和生产效率。
