摘    要:提出了双锥形件旋压加工的一种新方法。基于正交试验法进行试验设计,运用ABAQUS/Explicit平台进行旋压成形模拟,对得到的结果进行极差分析,确定各因素对每个试验指标的影响程度。采用综合平衡法对工艺参数组合进行优化,并对优化的工艺参数进行有限元模拟验证,最终得到优化的旋压工艺参数组合。

Abstract:A new way of spinning to process double conical parts was proposed,and the experimentation methods were designed based on the orthogonal experiment.The spinning process simulation was carried on the ABAQUS/Explicit platform.The degree of influence was determined by the range analysis of the results.Then the technical parameters were optimized by overall equilibrium method and were verified through FEM simulation.Finally,the optimized technical parameter combinations were obtained.
