| 摘 要： | 分析了电话机面板的特点及数控加工过程中存在的工艺问题,设计出较合理的分块加工方式和加工过程中所出现问题的解决方案,应用Master CAM软件进行刀路设计,在保证加工质量的前提下提高零件加工的效率,显著提高了生产效率和经济效益。

| Abstract: | The characteristic of a telephone panel and some existing technological problems in NC processing were analyzed.A block processing model and a solution to the problem were proposed in which Mastercam software was used to design the tool path and the processing efficiency was enhanced. |
