| 摘 要： | 介绍了锥体零件的外形特征,分析了锥体零件的冷锻工艺,对毛坯进行了计算。简单介绍复合挤压模,并详细论述了冷镦成形模的结构及模具设计要点。采用该工艺加工,产品质量高,模具寿命长,并提高了生产效率。

| Abstract: | In this article,the external feature of the cone was introduced and the cold forging technology for the cone was analysed and the blank size was calculated.Then the combined extrusion die was simply introduced,and the essentials in cold heading die design was presented in detail.This technology improves productivity and the products are of very good quality and the service life of the die is long. |
