| 摘 要： | 以冰箱面板零件为载体,介绍了镶嵌有玻璃板的注塑件基于Pro/E的模具设计,模具的结构特点和注塑中的特点。镶嵌有玻璃板的注塑件注塑模具,其主要特征是玻璃板的放置和定位方法与结构特征,以及模具设计中的0收缩率设定。采用此结构的镶嵌有玻璃板的注塑模具在生产中能保证质量。
