汽车出风口壳体模具设计

摘    要:分析了汽车出风口壳体塑件的加工工艺,设计了可行的模具结构,提出了模具设计的注意事项:叶片轴孔的同轴度及尺寸精度控制,转动功能孔飞边控制,安装拔轮转轴尺寸精度控制,壳体变形控制,模具加工精度的控制。

Abstract:A mould structure was designed for a plastic shell of automobile wind export based on analysis of the processing of the product.And then some key points were proposed,including the control of the coaxiality between blade shaft and hole and dimension accuracy,control of flash in rotational function hole,deformation control of shell,control of size precision of installing drawing wheel shaft and processing accuracy of mould.
