对氯苯甲脒盐酸盐的制备方法

摘    要:采用改进的Pinner法--碱催化法,以对氯苯甲腈为原料,经加成、胺化两步反应合成未见文献报道的新脒类化合物对氯苯甲脒盐酸盐。并且两步反应采用一锅烩法,产品总收率达到85%以上。该化合物经IR与熔点测定来确定。

Abstract:A new amidine compound 4-chlorobenzene -1 -carboximidamide hydrochloride was synthesized from 4- chlorobenzonitrile using the improved Pinner basic catalysis method through addition and amination reaction, and the overall yield of the target product was 85%. The compound was identified by IR and melting point test.
