摘    要:为研究不同锈蚀条件下钢筋混凝土的锈胀历程,利用持续荷载作用下恒电流加速锈蚀方法,实现氯盐—荷载耦合作用,观察氯盐侵蚀状态(A组)与氯盐—荷载耦合状态(B组)下混凝土表面裂缝及锈蚀产物,得到A、B两组表面裂缝演化过程,锈蚀产物细微观演化及分布,结果表明:A、B两组裂缝演化方式不同,前者是纵向裂缝,后者还未到达两端时就向下发展;A、B两组都经历钢筋混凝土锈蚀三阶段,B组进入三阶段时间比A组早,锈蚀产物比A组多且呈块状结构。

Abstract:In order to study the rusting process of reinforced concrete under different corrosion conditions,accelerated corrosion by steady current under durative load effect is required to achieve the coupling effect of chloride and load.By observing the cracks and corrosion products on the concrete surface of the chloride erosion state(Group A)and coupling of chloride and load status(Group B)to obtain the result of evolution process of cracks and microevolution and distribution of corrosion products on the surface,which originates from each group.The result shows that diverse evolvements of group A and B are occurred.Longitudinal cracks are detected in group A and which develop downwards when they do not reach the either end in group B.Three phases of corrosion of reinforced concrete are detected in both groups,however,group B enters the third stage earlier than group A and has more blocky structural corrosion products.
