摘    要:为了降低EPS混凝土的材料成本,对聚苯颗粒进行了二次发泡,通过降低聚苯颗粒的自然堆积密度来减少其使用量,并用普通细砂来置换部分水泥以减少水泥使用量。结合制备的不同干密度的试块,开展了室内力学性能试验,结果表明:(1)当干密度超过1 200 kg/m^3后,这种替换和置换对强度的影响基本消失;(2)与掺入前相比,替换和置换后试块强度的离散性加大,这可能是均质性下降引起的;(3)综合经济性与强度参数,这种替换和置换在干密度大于800 kg/m^3以后才有较为明显的技术优势。

Abstract:In order to reduce the material cost of EPS concrete,to the second foamed polystyrene particles,by reducing the polystyrene particles of natural bulk density to reduce their usage,and regular fine sand to replace partial cement in order to reduce the cement usage.The results showed that:(1)when the dry density exceeds 1200kg/m^3,the influence of this replacement and replacement on strength is largely eliminated.(2)the dispersion of the strength of the test block after replacement and replacement is increased compared with that before the incorporation,which may be caused by the homogeneity of the decrease;(3)comprehensive economic and strength parameters,such substitution and displacement have obvious technical advantages after the density is greater than 800kg/m^3.
