摘    要:在恒定温湿度的人工气候环境下,通过试验测量不同再生粗骨料取代率、水灰比、环境湿度条件下再生混凝土的微环境温度值,分析再生混凝土微环境温度响应规律。试验结果表明:在环境相对湿度和水灰比相同的条件下,再生混凝土微环境温度变化速度慢于普通混凝土,且随着再生粗骨料取代率的增大,速度逐渐减慢;再生混凝土微环境温度响应过程中,水灰比和环境相对湿度两个影响因素存在明显的耦合作用;再生混凝土内外初始温差和再生粗骨料取代率对微环境温度响应时间有重要影响,初始温差、再生粗骨料取代率越大,温度响应时间越长。

Abstract:In the artificial climate of constant temperature and humidity,the micro-environment temperature of recycled concrete under different regeneration coarse aggregate substitution rate,water-cement ratio and ambient humidity was measured by experiment.The micro-environment temperature response of recycled concrete was analyzed.The experimental results show that the micro-environment temperature of recycled concrete is slower than that of ordinary concrete under the same conditions of relative humidity and water/cement ratio,and the speed gradually decreases with the increase of the ratio of recycled coarse aggregate.In the process of ambient temperature response,there are obvious coupling effects between the water-cement ratio and the relative humidity of the environment.The initial temperature difference between the regenerated concrete and the regeneration coarse aggregate has a significant effect on the micro-ambient temperature response time,the initial temperature difference,the greater the rate of aggregate substitution,the longer the temperature response time.
