保温时间对Al2O3f/AZ91D复合材料抗拉强度的影响

摘    要:采用熔体浸渗法制备了Al2O3f/AZ91D复合材料,并利用光学显微镜、SEM、XRD等手段对其成分、组织及保温时间与抗拉强度之间的关系进行了研究。结果表明,Al2O3f/AZ91D复合材料组织中有硬脆相Mg2Si生成;保温40min时复合材料的抗拉强度较基体合金略有增强;随着保温时间的延长,材料组织中的Mg2Si相大量增加,从而使复合材料的抗拉强度下降。

Abstract:Al2O3f/AZ91D composite was prepared by using the method of melt infiltration, its composition and microstructure was analyzed by Optical microscope, Scanning Electronic Microscope and X-ray Diffraction, and the relationship between the holding time and tensile strength of Al2O3f/AZ91D was studied systematically. The results show that there are hard brittle Mg2Si phases in the microstructure of Al2O3f/AZ91D. When the holding time is 40 rain, compared with AZ91D alloy, the tensile strength of Al2O3f/AZ91D increases slightly. With an increase of holding time, the tensile strength of the composite decreases because a large number of Mg2 Si phases form in the microstructure.
