| 摘 要： | 良好的法治环境是竞技体育发展的必需.在体育产业化的发展过程中,体育法制建设缺位、法律规范不明确、体育纠纷法治化解决渠道不畅通等,制约了竞技体育的良性发展.笔者指出应当从细化法律内容、明确俱乐部及运动员权利义务、培养竞技体育法律人才等方面加强竞技体育的法制建设,才能形成有利于体育产业发展的法治环境.

| Abstract: | A favorable legal environment is necessary for competitive sports. However, in the development of sports industrialization, the deficiency of sports legislation, the ambiguity of legal norms, and the lack of legal solution to sports disputes restrict the healthy development of competitive sports. The authors of this paper propose that in order to create favorable legal environment for the development of the sports industry, the legal construction of competitive sports laws should be strengthened in the aspects of refining the legal content, clarifying the rights and obligations of the club and the players, cultivating talents with the knowledge of competitive sports laws, etc. |
