| 摘 要： | 随着中国土地整治工作的广度和深度逐步提升,土地整治综合效益在土地整治项目立项、实施和验收中的重要性逐渐提高。如何科学、准确地评价土地整治项目实施的综合效益,成为贯穿土地整治项目立项、设计、施工、验收全过程的重要组成部分。采用定量评价的方法,从社会效益、经济效益、生态效益和耕地效益等几个方面进行定量分析,以期建立综合评价体系,并应用于土地整治规划实施效益、土地整治项目实施效益的分析中,从而指导土地综合整治规划实施。

| Abstract: | With the depth and breadth China land rectification work gradually,the importance of land comprehensive benefits gradually increases in project approval,implementation and acceptance of land management.Scientifically and accurately evaluation the comprehensive benefit of land management be-comes an important part of project approval,design,implementation and acceptance of the whole process.The method of quantitative evaluation was used to establish a comprehensive evaluation system, quantitative analysis based on several social benefit,economic benefit,ecological benefit and efficiency of cultivated land and so on.The comprehensive evaluation system can be applied to analyze land plan-ning implementation benefit analysis and land remediation project benefit,so as to guide the implementa-tion of integrated land planning. |
