云南某难选铅矿选矿试验研究

摘    要:云南某难选铅矿矿石中有用矿物以方铅矿和铅矾为主,氧化率达30%以上,并伴生有黄铁矿。为了给该矿产资源开发利用提供依据,对其进行了选矿试验研究,结果表明,采用优先浮硫化矿—脱泥—再浮氧化矿试验方案,其中硫化矿浮选采用对方铅矿选择性较好的捕收剂GY,氧化铅浮选采用硫化钠进行较长时间的硫化,最终获得了含铅43.56%、铅回收率58.45%的硫化铅精矿和含铅31.26%、铅回收率21.98%的氧化铅精矿,合并铅精矿的品位为39.33%、铅回收率80.44%,达到了选矿厂要求,有效提高了有价元素的回收利用率。
