低品位三水铝石型铝土矿选矿试验研究

摘    要:在低温拜耳法生产氧化铝工艺中,三水铝石型铝土矿的质量优劣直接影响其生产的经济技术指标,而评价矿石质量优劣的最主要指标是活性铝与活性硅的比值,即有效铝硅比.本试验旨在通过选矿的方法,依据三水铝土矿的矿石特性,采用分级浮选流程,提高低铝硅比三水铝土矿的有效铝硅比.试验获得了较好的技术指标,总精矿的铝硅比为5.41,有效铝硅比为11.07,三水铝石的回收率为92.41%.
