无油润滑空压机活塞连杆组件结构改进设计

摘    要:针对当前摇摆活塞式无油润滑空压机活塞连杆组件存在的一些缺陷提出改进设计,包括活塞盖板的紧固方式、连杆大头轴承的装配结构等,通过采用膨胀栓紧固方式替代原来的螺钉螺纹紧固方式,消除了活塞盖板的松脱隐患。采用偏置螺钉紧固替代原来的正中螺钉紧固,增强了活塞盖板的防松转能力,采用完整轴承座孔,结合加热法紧固轴承替代原来的裂槽式轴承座孔结合螺钉紧固轴承,有效地提高了连杆大头轴承的使用寿命。

Abstract:In view of the current existing defects of the piston-rod assembly for the wobble piston oil-free lubricating air compressor,the article presents the design improvements,including the fastening means of the piston cover,assembly structure of bearing for the connect rod and so on,which eliminate the hidden dangers that the piston cover loose by using expansion bolt fastening way instead of the original way of screw thread fastening.The loose proof and anti-rotating ability of the piston cover are enhanced by...
