摘    要:矿山高浓度细砂管道自流冲填中,在采场改口或者设备临时故障时,必须停机清洗管道或者为确保管道稳流而持续注水,将大量的地表水通过管道输送到井下采场,造成料浆浓度大幅度降低,对采场充填体破坏极大,同时也易造成跑灰、漏浆,对生产造成严重影响.在管道输送系统加装三通装置后,避免了因采场改口造成的频繁停机和洗管注水,实现了持续高浓度充填,提高了充填体强度.

Abstract:In mine high-density gravity pipe filling, when fill pass was changed or equipment was out of order, the equipment must be stopped to wash the fill pipe or inject water continuously to ensure pipe stable flow, so a large amount of water was filled to underground mining workings, which made the slurry density lower, destroyed the filling body extremely, caused slurry leakage, and influenced production seriously.
