金平白马寨镍矿中贫矿强化浮选研究与实践

摘    要:针对金平白马寨镍矿中贫镍矿石因含滑石高而难选的问题,在工艺矿物学研究基础上,提出了贫镍矿脱泥-浮选新工艺,并在此基础上开发了全泥强化浮选工艺,大幅度提高了金平白马寨难选贫镍矿的选矿技术指标。镍精矿品位在3%左右,镍选矿回收率提高到75%~80%,铜总回收率达到90%以上。

Abstract:Considering that the low nickel ores in Jinping Baimazhai nickel resource are difficult to recover because of the high talcum level,we come up with a new technology of desliming-flotation of low grade nickel ores,which is based on the technological mineralogy study.On this condition,we put forward an all-sliming intensification technology.This new method can highly improve the main technical data of the low grade nickel ores in Jinping Baimazhai,with nickel concentrate grade as 3%,the nickel recovery rate i...
