微细粒含碳铅锌矿分步浮选工艺研究

摘    要:四川白玉地区某碳质铅锌矿,铅、锌矿物嵌布粒度细,部分闪锌矿与矿石中无定形碳关系密切,难以分离,该试验对闪锌矿采用分步浮选,使矿石中的主金属锌得到充分合理的利用,锌的回收率达到95.31%,锌精矿中锌品位达到50.59%。

Abstract:Some carbonaceous lead zinc ore from Baiyu area of Sichuan Province with finely disseminated lead & zinc mineral and close relation between portion sphalerite and agraphitc carbon is difficult to separate.In this experiment,phased flotation is adopted to separate sphalerite and recover zinc,the main metal in the ore,in an effective and reasonable way,with zinc recovery and the grade of zinc concentrate reaching 95.31% and 50.59% respectively.
