| 摘 要： | 运用模拟仿真软件FLOW-3D对AM60镁合金空调机支架在压铸过程中的充型过程、温度场进行了仿真模拟,对缺陷的分布情况进行了分析,进而对压铸工艺参数进行优化。

| Abstract: | The mold filling simulation were done with the aid of FLOW-3D software for an AM60 die-casting air-conditioning bracket. Optimized processing parameters through simulation of die casting processing, the distributing of temperature field and defect during the filling stage was analyzed. Furthermore, we predict the defect that may appears thus make the die casting process optimized. |
