| 摘 要： | 水平井裸眼分段压裂完井是改变低渗透油气田多井低产、转变发展方式、实现少井高产的重要手段。为了最大限度地提高苏里格气田低压、低渗透气藏的产量,苏里格气田采用了水平井裸眼分段压裂完井技术。截至目前,该气田已在15口水平井上应用了水平井裸眼分段压裂完井技术,完井后的产气量是周围常规酸化压裂邻井的5～10倍。介绍了水平井裸眼分段压裂完井管柱的结构、工作原理、技术特点以及配套工具的结构特征。以苏20-13-21H井为例,介绍了水平井裸眼分段压裂完井的设计原则、裂缝参数优化方法、压裂材料优选方法及分段压裂完井的工艺流程。
