胜利油田首口小井眼长水平段水平井钻井技术

摘    要:为提高低渗透油气藏的开采效率,胜利油田部署了一口小井眼长水平段多级分段压裂水平井——樊154-平1井。在介绍樊154-平1井储层特征、井身结构和井眼轨道剖面特点的基础上,认为该井存在水平段长、摩阻扭矩大、井眼尺寸小、循环压耗高和水平段井身质量要求严格等钻井难点,从实钻井眼轨迹优化、实时摩阻扭矩计算、底部钻具组合优选、钻井液技术、地质导向技术和井眼修复等方面,对该井采用的技术措施进行了详细介绍。该井实钻水平段长1230.00 m,创造了胜利油田小井眼水平井水平段最长纪录,平均井径扩大率4.62%,储层钻遇率100%,井眼轨迹光滑,有效地保证了该井12段分段压裂的成功实施,投产后稳产20~30 t/d,为胜利油田低渗区块的高效开发提供了宝贵经验。
