导向PDC钻头设计及其在临盘地区的应用

摘    要:针对常规PDC钻头在胜利油田临盘地区定向井钻进过程中存在的工具面不稳定、井斜角和方位角难以控制、滑动钻进时钻速较低等问题,研究分析了PDC钻头的剖面形状、切削结构、保径设计等对钻头导向性能的影响规律,在此基础上,研制出一种适合临盘地区地层特性的BTM115H型导向PDC钻头。该型PDC钻头采用浅内锥、双圆弧剖面形状,特殊双重切削布齿、短保径设计和侧向力平衡设计,能够有效提高钻头的导向性能和机械钻速。多口定向井的现场应用效果表明,BTM115H型导向PDC钻头在定向钻进过程中,工具面可控性好,复合钻井速度和定向机械钻速较常规PDC钻头都有大幅度提高,为临盘地区的定向井快速钻进提供了有力保障。
