新疆油田浅层稠油水平井分段完井管柱下入技术

摘    要:新疆油田稠油油藏具有埋深浅、储层结构复杂、地层非均质程度高等特点。为提高稠油资源的开发效率,在浅层稠油水平井中引入了分段完井技术。介绍了浅层稠油水平井分段完井施工工艺,分析了新疆油田浅层稠油水平井分段完井管柱下入的技术难点。在此基础上,建立了浅层稠油水平井分段完井管柱下入过程中的摩阻计算模型,并推导出了计算摩阻力的具体公式。建立的摩阻计算模型在新疆油田9口稠油水平井分段完井中进行了应用,用计算得到的摩阻力指导管柱下入,结果9口水平井分段完井管柱均一次准确下至设计井深,下入成功率100%。
