摘    要:新更换胶带会致胶带输送机打滑,严重影响了胶带输送机的正常运行。为此,对更换前后胶带的受力情况进行计算比较、分析,指出产生打滑的原因是新更换胶带后驱动装置分离点的张力变小而胶带机的总阻力变大,提出通过增加拉紧装置的质量来增加驱动装置分离点的张力来解决打滑问题。

Abstract:The trackslip of belt conveyer caused by belt replacement seriously impacts the normal operation of belt conveyer. Therefore, the stress conditions of belt before and after the replacement are calculated, compared and analyzed. It is indicated that the reasons for the trackslip are the decreased tension at the separation point of drive unit and the increased total resistance of the belt conveyer after replacing the belt. It is suggested that the mass of tensioning device be enhanced to raise the tension at the separation point of drive unit and solve the trackslip problem.
