| 摘 要： | 针对我国矿产资源管理中所存在的问题,研究了矿产资源资本化理论基础和资本化具体方式,这将有利于促使矿产资源“所有权价值权益化、发现权价值商品化,开采权价值有偿化”的经营动作机制的形式。

Research on capitalization of mineral resources value |

| Abstract: | This paper studies on the theoretical bases of mineral resources and valid approaches to mineral resources value capitalization, concerned with the problems existing in China mineral resources management. Capitalizing mineral resources value will impel the form action of an effective operating mechanism in which the ownership value of mineral resources will be equitalized, discovery right value commercialized and exploitation right value compensated. |
