摘    要:再热热段蒸汽管道是燃煤发电机组四大管道之一,在运行过程中承受着较大的温度和压力,其安装质量将对锅炉的正常运行产生重要的影响.在机组建设过程中,合理的焊接方案、热处理方案和检验质量是保证安装质量的重要保证.经过对再热管道制作方案的反复研究,制定了一套比较成熟的施工方案,使焊口一次检验合格率达到100%,保证了焊接质量,提高了机组运行的可靠性.

Abstract:The reheating steam conduit,one of the four main kind conduits in coal burning power set,endures high temperature and high pressure.Its installation quality will produce significant influence to the operation of the boiler.So, the rational plan, heattreatment and quality examination will be necessary to guarantee its installation quality in installing course.In this paper,a novel weld procedure will be proposed to improves the welding quality and power set reliability, and it enables the weld to achieve 100% quality rating in first quality inspection.
