套管空间受力问题的计算机仿真分析

摘    要:本文建立了套管变形的空间有限元力学模型及数学模型,并开发了其空间有限元仿真软件,为分析井下复杂力学系统作用下,套管破坏提供了简捷的手段。空间套管模型上仅受非均匀载荷作用时,其仿真结果与文献[1]中平面问题仿真结果一致,即这种情况下,平面应变问题仅为套管空间问题仿真的一个特例。文中对套管空间问题进行了弯曲、扭转、内外压等组合载荷作用下的仿真分析,为研究套管复杂力学系统作用的破坏、变形过程提供了具有参考价值的理论指导意义.

Abstract:This paper establishes the 3-D finite element mechanical models and mathematicalmodels about casing deformation, and develops the simulating software of 3-D casing deformation, providing the simple and direct method of analyzing casing collapse caused by theunderground complex mechanical system.Under non-uniform distribution loads,the simulated results of 3-D casing model are consistent with those of 2-D problem of reference[1].In this case. the 2-D problem is only a special example of 3-D problems of casing.This paper makes the simulation analyses about casing under bending,torque,and inside andoutside pressures, and provides a significant theoretical guidance for studying the deforma tion process of casing under complex mechanical system.
